Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that products or packaging may get damaged during transit. We make it our priority to wrap products in eco-friendly packaging as well as cushion products to withstand damage. In the evident your product does get damaged, please mail the product back in original packaging to 5960 Ogeechee Road, STE C, Savannah, GA 31419 within 14 days of receiving your package. We do not issue refunds, but will happily replace your item and send it back to you within 5 days from receiving your damaged item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
